Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our company (Penguin Technology) to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals

• Troubleshoot hardware, OS and common application issues (Windows)

• Monitor and resolve LAN/WAN and connectivity problems

• Install/update OS, drivers, patches and security tools (antivirus, firewall)

• Respond to user support requests and maintain IT documentation

• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems and related network/storage

• It is a Full Time IT / Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
