Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and VC equipment.
2) Provide Day 1 readiness for new joiners including setup of IT assets.
3) Respond to incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
4) Perform regular health checks of branch and floor IT assets.
5) Support patch and software updates.
6) Guide users on basic software usage and issue escalation.
7) Participate in IMACD activities as per HSBC policy.
8) Assist Asset Executive in tagging or verification tasks
