Desktop Support Engineer

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users (on-site & remote).

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.

• Ensure timely patch updates, antivirus management, and system upgrades.

• Support video conferencing, VOIP, and other communication tools.

• Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware & software).

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or vendors.

• Document incidents, problems, and solutions in the ticketing system.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
