1. Outlook configuration & troubleshooting

2. ⁠knowledge of office 365 app & basic admin portal knowledge

3. ⁠zoom & teams knowledge

4. ⁠need to know how to replace hdd, battery & ram in laptop and deaktop

5. ⁠network troubleshooting basic

6. Os and software installation

7. Biometric & cctv basic knowledge
