Job Overview We are looking for a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data to support decision-making and business operations. You will work closely with various teams to provide insights that help optimize processes, identify trends, and contribute to data- decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and clean data from multiple sources to ensure its accuracy and integrity.

• Data Analysis: Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business goals.

• Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain reports and visual dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, finance) to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

• Statistical Modelling: Apply statistical methods to analyse data and provide forecasting and predictive analytics.

• Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data stored in relational databases.

• Present Findings: Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and tools to continuously improve data analysis processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related f ield. • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Advanced Excel.

• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and analysis.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights in an understandable manner. Preferred Skills • Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools.

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and applications for predictive analytics.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data tools.

• Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data security and quality.
