Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator who will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring our systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn SEO and digital marketing on the job—building valuable future-facing skills

Key Responsibilities

● Operate and maintain computer systems, ensuring high uptime and peak performance

● Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when needed

● Perform data entry, scheduled backups, and regular updates/restores

● Ensure proper handling of equipment and maintain security protocols

● Generate system reports per business needs

● Learn and assist in SEO, content optimization, and website visibility support

Basic computer skills Requirements:

● MS Word, Excel, Internet, typing

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

● Basic networking and system maintenance knowledge – a plus

● Enthusiastic about learning SEO and digital marketing

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Experience: Up to 1 year in data entry or similar roles (Preferred)

Language: English proficiency preferred
