Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Operator to join our team Talent Navigator to plan and coordinate events from start to finish.The System Operator role involves maintaining and monitoring examination systems to ensure smooth operations during online and computer-based exams. The position requires technical awareness, discipline, and readiness for field work at designated centres. ### Eligibility Criteria- Must be 21 years of age or above - Graduate from any *non-engineering* background - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Well-groomed and well-behaved for professional engagement - Available for full-time work - Willing to work in field locations (nearby centres) ### Position Details- **Job Title:** System Operator - **Age Requirement:** 21+ years - **Minimum Qualification:** Graduate (non-engineering stream) - **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM - **Gender Preference:** Open to both male and female candidates - **Experience:** Fresher or experienced candidates welcome ### Key Responsibilities- Ensure all systems are in proper working condition and perform regular checks - Stay in the server room unless assisting the Registration Manager or Invigilators - Check CCTV camera coverage across critical points and emergency exits - Conduct and document system readiness tests before exams - Configure the primary server using provided credentials - Download the exam drive 3 hours before exam start time, entering the password only at the designated time - Set up both primary and backup servers and download required data - Complete staff verification processes - Monitor the exam network during the exam to detect and resolve issues promptly ### Pay Structure (Exam Lab Invigilator Rates)- **Shift 1:** ₹400 per day - **Shift 2:** ₹700 per day - **Shift 3:** ₹900 per day
