Operate computer systems and ensure efficient performance.
Handle data entry, documentation, and database management tasks.
Maintain and update records using MS Office or relevant software.
Monitor hardware and software systems for functionality and efficiency.
Generate reports, maintain backups, and manage files as needed.
Troubleshoot basic computer or system errors.
Coordinate with other departments for data-related tasks.
Ensure security and confidentiality of information.
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.
Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software operations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
