Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems. This role requires excellent attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in handling large volumes of data and ensuring consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting inconsistencies.
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Performing data quality checks and routine data audits.
Preparing and generating reports based on entered data.
Responding to data-related queries from other departments or team members.
Ensuring data confidentiality and security are maintained at all times.
Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduation, Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (preferred).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with focus.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
