Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control computer systems, peripheral equipment, and production-related software.

• Execute scheduled batch processes and automated tasks in accordance with daily operational workflows.

• Ensure the timely and accurate input, processing, and output of data related to inventory, production, shipping, and logistics.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams.

• Maintain logs of system activities, errors, and backup operations.

• Generate reports as needed by the operations, accounting, and logistics departments.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system backups, file archiving, and antivirus updates.

• Maintain security of company data, ensuring compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with the IT department to support user access, system updates, and infrastructure upgrades.
