Computer Operator

Ecco Fast Logsitics is a fast-growing logistics company based in Ambala City, specializing in reliable and efficient transport and supply chain solutions across India. We are looking to expand our team with dedicated and detail-oriented professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Entry / Computer Operator:

• Enter and update data accurately in company software/systems

• Maintain proper records of shipments, invoices, and other documents

• Generate reports and support the operations team with administrative tasks

• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in documentation

Tele Caller:

• Make outbound calls to clients and vendors for coordination

• Respond to inquiries and provide information about logistics services

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships

• Record and update customer interactions in the database

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or admin work is a plus

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday

• 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• It is a Full Time IT / Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
