Data Entry / Computer Operator:
Enter and update data accurately in company software/systems
Maintain proper records of shipments, invoices, and other documents
Generate reports and support the operations team with administrative tasks
Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in documentation
Tele Caller:
Make outbound calls to clients and vendors for coordination
Respond to inquiries and provide information about logistics services
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Record and update customer interactions in the database
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or admin work is a plus
Monday to Saturday
09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
