Computer Operator

We are looking for a Marathi Typist to join our team at Achole and Waliv Locations to help us with typing Projects and all other day to day tasks. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹12000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Core responsibilities

• Transcription: Type documents from handwritten notes, audio recordings, or other rough materials into a clean, digital format.

• Data entry: Transfer data from physical or digital sources like forms, spreadsheets, and images into specific systems or databases.

• Formatting and proofreading: Format documents according to client specifications, proofread for errors, and edit existing documents for clarity and consistency.

• Document management: Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems, including organizing and archiving documents.

• Meeting minutes: Take notes and transcribe meeting minutes. 
  

Key skills and qualifications

• Typing speed: Excellent typing speed and accuracy are essential, often with a minimum of 25-30 WPM for some government jobs.

• Language proficiency: Strong command of both Marathi and English for reading, typing, and understanding instructions.

• Attention to detail: A high degree of precision is required for tasks involving data and document formatting.

• Computer literacy: Proficiency with standard software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, is typically needed.
