Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Laptop Service Engineer who has strong hands-on expertise in laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair. From chip-level fixes to networking setup, you will be the go-to expert solving issues with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced laptop hardware repairs including chip-level service

• Troubleshoot and replace in-built laptop keyboards

• Handle hinge repairs and replacements

• Install and upgrade RAM, SSD, and other components

• Diagnose and resolve networking issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, basic network setup)

• OS installation, drivers setup, system optimization

• Maintain service reports and provide clear customer communication

• Ensure timely delivery of serviced devices

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years laptop repair experience

• Strong knowledge of chip-level troubleshooting

• Experience in keyboard repair & hinge fixing

• Knowledge of networking basics (IP configuration, router setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)

• Good understanding of laptop components and peripheral testing

• Ability to work independently and solve issues efficiently

Additional Requirements

• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and responsible attitude

• Customer-friendly communication
