Key Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance: Installing new equipment and conducting routine maintenance and servicing to ensure it functions correctly.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with electrical or mechanical equipment.
Technical Support: Providing clients with technical assistance, advice on equipment usage, and guidance on upgrades or new features.
Preventative Maintenance: Developing and implementing strategies to prevent breakdowns and maintain equipment performance.
Customer Interaction: Communicating effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining service reports and other necessary documentation.
Collaboration: Working with other engineers and departments to improve service quality and share knowledge.
