🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware support for desktops and laptops – formatting, OS installation, driver updates, etc.

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs for hardware components including:

  • Hard Disk – replacement, cloning, data backup

  • Screens – diagnosis and replacement

• Handle installation and basic configuration of networking devices (LAN, Wi-Fi routers, switches).

• Conduct Outlook configuration, backup, PST management, and troubleshooting for email issues.

• Offer remote (online) support and on-site (field) visits based on service requirements.

• Maintain call logs, update service tickets, and follow escalation matrix when needed.

• Provide proactive client updates and maintain high customer satisfaction.
