Associate Hardware Engineer

Job Title: CCTV Engineer (Field Work)

Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems for clients, including both hardware and software components.​

• Conduct site surveys to determine the optimal placement of cameras and related equipment.​

• Execute professional wiring and structured cabling required for CCTV, ensuring neat and secure installations.​

• Perform routine system inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for CCTV and related systems.​

• Collaborate with clients and technical staff to assess security requirements and deliver customized solutions.​

• Maintain detailed documentation of installations, configurations, network diagrams, and maintenance activities.​

• Adhere to safety regulations and company quality standards throughout the installation and wiring process.​

  
  Qualifications:

• Diploma, ITI, or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT or a related technical field.​

• Proven experience in CCTV camera installation, configuration, and wiring/cabling.

• Strong knowledge of CCTV hardware (DVR/NVR/IP cameras), software, and basic networking.

• Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and executing low-voltage cabling.

• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage site work independently.

• Relevant certifications in CCTV or security system installation are preferred.

• Additional Requirement

The candidate should have hands-on experience and thorough knowledge of wiring for CCTV and security systems (power, data, and structured cabling), ensuring safe and reliable connections as per site requirements.​
