Manage the overall day-to-day operations and administration of the girls hostel.
Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of all hostel students.
Supervise wardens, support staff, housekeeping, security, and other hostel personnel.
Maintain and enforce hostel rules, regulations, timings, attendance, and discipline.
Monitor student attendance, movement, leave permissions, and entry/exit records.
Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding hostel-related matters.
Handle student concerns, grievances, conflicts, and behavioural issues in a professional and sensitive manner.
Coordinate with the academic team, management, parents, and other departments whenever required.
Ensure proper supervision of study hours, meals, recreational activities, and daily routines.
Monitor hostel facilities, cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and overall living conditions.
Coordinate with the housekeeping, food, security, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hostel operations.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure timely escalation of medical, safety, or disciplinary incidents.
Maintain accurate hostel records, registers, reports, and documentation.
Organize and monitor hostel activities, events, and student engagement programmes.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safety protocols, and hostel guidelines.
Take additional responsibilities related to student welfare and hostel administration as assigned by management.
