Trainer

Manpower hiring for GDA & Housekeeping and provide support to HR Team during onboarding process.

DO coordination with HOD & HR team on daily requirement.

Briefing and training before shift start for all the housekeeping and GDA staff.

Managing attendance of housekeeping, GDA and Trainee in the registers and in soft copy for salary processing.

Taking rounds in every floor and take feedback of Trainees from their supervisors of all the floors.

Handling the Issues faced by Trainees, and provide solutions.
