Job Title: Sweeper / Cleaning Staff

Location: Bisleri Water Bottling Plant, E-67, Site-C, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Sikandra, Agra – 282007
Department: Housekeeping / Plant Maintenance
Shift: Day / Night (Rotational)

Job Purpose:

To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all production, packaging, and common areas of the Bisleri bottling facility, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with factory and FSSAI standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors in production halls, corridors, storage rooms, and staff areas.

• Collect and dispose of plant waste, used packaging, and general garbage in designated bins.

• Maintain cleanliness of toilets, changing rooms, canteens, and wash areas.

• Clean and disinfect machinery surroundings (without touching live equipment).

• Support housekeeping during water spillage, breakages, or contamination incidents.

• Ensure daily cleaning checklists are completed and signed by the supervisor.

• Follow plant safety protocols and wear assigned PPE (gloves, mask, shoes).

• Report any leakage, unsafe condition, or maintenance need to the line supervisor.

• Assist during plant shutdowns or deep-cleaning operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 8th to 10th class (preferred).

• Prior experience in industrial cleaning or bottling plant preferred.

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and waste segregation.

• Physically fit and disciplined in following instructions.

Work Conditions:

• Work involves standing, lifting, and continuous movement.

• Exposure to wet floors, cleaning agents, and temperature variations.

• Must wear factory uniform and ID card at all times.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on shift & experience).
