Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily housekeeping activities.
Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and monitor performance.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all assigned areas.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality and grooming.
Ensure proper manpower deployment in all shifts.
Inspect washrooms, floors, corridors and common areas regularly.
Monitor cleaning materials, chemicals and machinery usage.
Coordinate with Field Officers, Operations Managers and clients.
Handle client complaints and resolve issues immediately.
Arrange replacement staff in case of absenteeism.
Maintain daily attendance, duty rosters and cleaning reports.
Ensure staff follow safety procedures and company policies.
