Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Horticulture Supervisor to manage and maintain landscaping and gardening activities within the college campus. The candidate will be responsible for supervising garden maintenance, plantation, irrigation, and overall greenery development to ensure a clean and eco-friendly campus environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily horticulture and gardening activities on the college campus

• Maintain lawns, plants, trees, and garden areas properly

• Plan and execute plantation and seasonal gardening work

• Monitor watering, irrigation systems, and fertilizer usage

• Ensure proper maintenance of garden tools and equipment

• Guide and supervise gardeners and labour staff

• Maintain cleanliness and greenery across the campus

• Identify plant diseases and take corrective action

• Coordinate with administration for horticulture requirements

• Ensure safety and proper use of gardening materials

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping

• Ability to supervise labour and gardeners

• Knowledge of irrigation and plant maintenance

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Hardworking and responsible attitude

Qualification

• Diploma / Graduate (Agriculture or Horticulture preferred)

• Minimum 1+ year experience in gardening or horticulture work

Salary

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
