Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property. The candidate should maintain high service standards, oversee staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day property operations
• Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and front office coordination
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the property
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
• Monitor staff performance and duty schedules
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospitality/property management
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle guest relations efficiently
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance operations
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts
