Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Ultra Facility Management Private Limited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall building maintenance and daily facility operations.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems.

Supervise housekeeping and security staff to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work.

Monitor utilities such as electricity, water, and DG usage and ensure cost control.

Maintain all facility-related documents, AMC records, and service reports.

Handle resident or tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare facility budgets and monitor expenses within approved limits.

Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
