Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Corpodeck Services Private Limited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.

• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools effectively.

• Apply cleaning chemicals safely as per guidelines.

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial buildings

• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of MEP systems (HVAC, lifts, power, DG, UPS)

• Oversee housekeeping, security, parking, and common area management

• Prepare monthly operational and performance reports

• Maintain lease agreements, contracts, and property records

• Update management on issues, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Identify initiatives to enhance asset performance and efficiency

• Support capital expenditure, upgrades, and sustainability initiatives

• Monitor building condition and long-term asset health

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
