Properties Manager required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. You will visit our homes every day, make sure they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for guests. You will be the person who keeps everything running on the ground.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/Month + fuel reimbursement
Your daily work includes:
Visiting our homes and checking that they meet our quality standards
Making sure the housekeeping staff is doing their job properly
Calling plumbers, electricians, and repair vendors when something needs fixing
Checking that supplies like soap, tissue, and other consumables are stocked and reporting missing or damaged items
Buying consumables regularly and keeping inventory up to date
Helping guests check in and solving any issues they face during their stay
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Must have a motor vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
