Property Manager

As a Housekeeping Associate at Red Thread Hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all guests. You play a key role in delivering a luxury hospitality experience through attention to detail and consistent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to hotel standards.

• Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish amenities.

• Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked, neat, and ready for guest check-in.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a courteous and professional attitude.

• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost & found items to the supervisor.

• Follow health and safety regulations, including the handling of cleaning chemicals.

• Assist in laundry operations if required.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (freshers may be considered with the right attitude).

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Physically fit and able to lift/carry cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Polite, respectful, and guest-service oriented.
