Key Responsibilities and Duties

Finishing Operations: Operate steam presses, irons, and, or flatwork finishers to remove creases and shape clothing, including shirts, trousers, and delicate fabrics.
Quality Control: Inspect finished items for quality, ensuring they meet hotel or laundry standards.
Fabric Care: Identify different fabric types to apply appropriate temperatures and techniques, minimizing burn risks.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain pressing machinery, including lint traps and filters.
Workflow Management: Sort, hang, fold, tag, and prepare items for delivery.
