Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area at all times.

• Wash utensils, cups, and other pantry items regularly.

• Handle pantry stock: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, disposables, etc.

• Ensure timely refilling of water bottles, water dispensers, and refreshments.

• Assist in arranging refreshments during meetings, events, and office gatherings.

• Maintain inventory of pantry items and inform the Admin team when items need replenishment.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of pantry supplies.

• Support basic office housekeeping activities if needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of pantry operations.

• Good hygiene practices.

• Ability to serve staff and visitors politely.

• Punctual, responsible, and well-mannered.

• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
