Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate
daily hotel activities, ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will have
at least 3-8 years of experience in housekeeping management, maintenance, laundry,
and other hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and manage Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and other operational
departments to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
● Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to improve
efficiency and service quality.
● Supervise and train departmental staff, fostering a positive team environment.
● Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without
compromising quality.
● Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest
services.
● Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure
compliance with health and safety standards.
● Handle guest complaints and ensure resolutions are prompt and satisfactory.
● Maintain regular communication with senior management regarding operational
performance and improvements.
● Manage maintenance works, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance
schedules.
● Oversee laundry processes to maintain hygiene standards and operational
efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Housekeeping management, Maintenance,
Laundry, or related hotel operations.
● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
● Proven ability to manage multiple departments effectively.
● Knowledge of hotel management systems and industry best practices.
● Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
● Certification in Hotel Management or related field.
● Experience with budgeting and financial management.
