Job Description

The Field Executive / Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations at assigned sites, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance with company standards, and client satisfaction. The role involves regular site visits, manpower supervision, and coordination between clients and internal teams.

Must have min 1-3 years of experience in the field for facility Operations Soft Services.

2. Can handle 300 + manpower and multiple sites.

3. Good Manpower base in Noida Ghaziabad and Greater Noida.

4. Handling Soft Services manpower and provide manpower in Noida and Gr Noida sites.

5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excels. Need to do Joining and exist formalities & payroll.

6. Maintain end to end ops record , checklist , job cards

7. Monitoring the end-to-end activities.

8. Good communication skills.

9. Immediate joiner
