Summary
The Onsite Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily waste management operations at the site. This includes managing the garbage area, supervising the team (including waste segregators and supervisors), coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all activities.

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Job Profile: Lead onsite operations in the garbage area, handle client coordination, monitor staff performance, and ensure proper documentation and grooming standards are maintained.

Key Duties

• Supervise and manage all staff working in the garbage area, including waste segregators and supervisors.

• Ensure all assigned work is completed efficiently and on time.

• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the garbage area.

• Check and maintain grooming standards of staff.

• Communicate with clients for daily operational needs and issue resolution.

• Maintain daily checklists, reports, and verify documentation for billing purposes.

• Follow up with clients to get necessary documents approved and cleared.

• Report escalations, issues, and feedback to the management team.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; background in Environmental Science or related field will be beneficial.

• Experience in team handling or waste management supervision will be beneficial.
