Key Responsibilities:

·         Office Cleaning & Maintenance

·         Daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of office floors, desks, chairs, and other furniture.

·         Regular cleaning and sanitizing of washrooms, pantry, and common areas.

·         Emptying dustbins and ensuring the premises remain neat and tidy throughout the day.

·         Organizing Office Essentials

·         Keeping office supplies like stationery, cleaning materials, and pantry stock organized and well-maintained.

·         Informing the supervisor in advance about any low stock of essentials.

·         Tea/Coffee Preparation & Serving

·         Making and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.

·         Ensuring the pantry area remains clean and hygienic after use.

·         Utensil Cleaning

·         Washing used plates, cups, and utensils after tea breaks or meals.

·         Ensuring the utensils are dried and properly stored.

·         Errands and Outdoor Work

·         Buying snacks, lunch, or groceries from nearby shops and restaurants.

·         Visiting stationery stores or nearby vendors for urgent office purchases.

·         Depositing or collecting documents from nearby locations if needed.

Required Skills & Attributes:

·         Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.

·         Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

·         Trustworthy and disciplined.

·         Physically fit and energetic.

·         Friendly and respectful behavior with staff and guests.

·         Preferably residing near or within commuting distance to Mulund.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM (timings may be adjusted slightly based on office needs)
