Housekeeping Duties:

• Clean and maintain the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming of floors.

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with supplies.

Office Support:

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.

• Assist in handling files and documents within departments.

• Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture as needed.

• Handle minor errands such as delivering documents within the office building or nearby locations.
