Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Hospitality & Client Service
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to office staff, management, and visiting property buyers, investors, or channel partners.
Ensure the reception area, conference rooms, and client-meeting desks are clean, tidy, and presentable before and after meetings.
2. Office Cleanliness & Maintenance
Perform daily dusting of desks, workstations, electronics, and doors/doormats.
Maintain office restrooms and check/refill toiletries (soap, tissues, fresheners) regularly.
Empty trash bins and keep pantry/kitchen areas spotless.
Report any physical damage, light/fixture issues, or maintenance needs to the admin manager.
3. Administration & Document Support
Assist with photocopying, scanning, spiral binding, and physical file organization.
Help distribute property brochures, site layout maps, and marketing kits to visiting clients.
Run local office errands, such as visiting banks, local municipal/registrar offices, post offices, or delivering important property documents/cheques.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
Track and assist in purchasing office supplies, stationery, pantry groceries, and cleaning items.
Notify management before stocks of water, coffee, or printer paper run low.
