Job description:
Daily Tasks
Cleaning office areas including washrooms (tables, pantry, meeting rooms)
Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Handling photocopying, scanning, and printing
Filing and organizing documents
Opening and closing the office
Administrative Support
Delivering documents within or outside the office
Collecting and distributing mail, parcels, and courier items
Assisting staff with simple office work
Maintenance Duties
Checking and refilling office supplies (paper, pens, etc.)
Reporting any equipment or facility issues
Keeping pantry and washrooms clean
Support Functions
Helping visitors and guiding them
Assisting in meetings (arranging chairs, water, etc.)
Supporting different departments when needed
