Timing - 9:30 am - 7 Pm
Working Days - 5 days

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Office Maintenance & Hygiene: Keep workspaces, meeting rooms, and the pantry clean and orderly.
Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
Document Handling: Sort, deliver, and collect files, mail, and packages.
Inventory Management: Track and replenish pantry items and stationery before they run out.
Equipment Support: Assist with basic office machinery like restocking paper in the printer or replacing cartridges. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or office assistance is preferred but often not mandatory.
Soft Skills: Punctuality, strong organizational skills, and a helpful, professional demeanor.
