Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Boy to support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. The ideal candidate will assist staff and visitors by maintaining cleanliness, managing errands, and supporting basic clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Pantry & Hospitality Services

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area

• Refill drinking water and maintain pantry stock levels

Office Upkeep & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness in workstations, meeting rooms, and reception areas

• Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked in coordination with housekeeping

• Open and close the office when required (lights, ACs, lock/unlock)

Mail & Errands

• Collect and distribute incoming couriers and documents

• Dispatch outgoing packages through designated courier services

• Run office errands including bank visits, stationery purchases, etc.

Clerical & Admin Support

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement

• Replenish stationery and office supplies as needed

• Support HR/Admin teams during meetings, interviews, or office events

  Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass; Basic reading/writing skills

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred

• Well-groomed, punctual, and courteous

• Willingness to take initiative and maintain confidentiality

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or as per office policy)
