Job Responsibilities

ऑफिस की रोज़ाना झाड़ू-पोंछा और साफ-सफाई करना।
Gents और Ladies दोनों वॉशरूम की सफाई और hygiene maintain करना।
वॉशरूम में साबुन, टिश्यू, हैंडवॉश आदि का stock check करना।
ऑफिस के फर्नीचर, टेबल, चेयर, कंप्यूटर/अन्य office equipment की dusting करना।
पैंट्री की रोज़ाना सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
स्टाफ और विज़िटर्स को चाय, कॉफी और पानी देना।
ऑफिस में आने वाले guests/visitors को properly attend करना।
कप, ग्लास, बर्तन आदि धोकर साफ रखना।
चाय, कॉफी, पानी और pantry items का stock maintain करना।
Cleaning material और housekeeping सामान का stock check करना।
सामान खत्म होने से पहले management को inform करना।
Dustbins खाली करना और garbage उचित जगह पर डालना।
ऑफिस के common areas की cleanliness maintain करना।
जरूरत पड़ने पर documents/files/छोटे office सामान को एक जगह से दूसरी जगह ले जाना।
ऑफिस खुलने से पहले basic cleaning और closing से पहले cleanliness check करना।
Management द्वारा दिए गए अन्य सामान्य office-support काम करना।
समय पर आना, जिम्मेदारी से काम करना और staff/visitors के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार रखना।
Full-time और long-term काम करने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए।
Gents एवं Ladies दोनों वॉशरूम की दिन में 3 बार सफाई एवं proper hygiene maintain करना।
हर cleaning के बाद washroom में soap, handwash, tissue, toilet paper आदि की availability check करना।
जरूरत पड़ने पर washroom को तुरंत clean करना और साफ-सुथरा रखना।
