A Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is a versatile facility professional responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lighting, DG sets, panels, and UPS systems.
HVAC & Plumbing: Operate and repair air conditioning units, chillers, and plumbing systems.
General Maintenance: Support basic carpentry, building repairs, and general MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) tasks.
