🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform basic to intermediate plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, installing faucets, unclogging drains, and toilet repairs.

• Carry out electrical maintenance, including changing switches, lights, fans, and minor wiring work.

• Execute wall painting tasks such as touch-ups, roller painting, wall prepping, and applying putty.

• Visit sites at Zirakpur, Chandigarh, and Mohali as needed.

• Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks at coworking locations.

• Maintain a basic toolkit and ensure all tools are in working condition.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure clean-up after work.

• Update the manager regularly about work status, material needs, and site conditions.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, and painting.

• Should be comfortable traveling to various locations.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Physically fit and reliable in emergency maintenance calls.

• Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance may be provided).

• Basic understanding of tools and materials.
