Housekeeping Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

About the Role

Eros Corporate Park, Manesar is hiring a Multi Skill Technician to support day-to-day technical operations of the property. The role covers electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems, ensuring all building services run smoothly and safely on a shift basis.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

• Operation and maintenance of LT panels, AMF panels, capacitor panels, ACB/VCB/MCCB

• DG set operation, A/B/C-check servicing, and logbook maintenance

• Maintenance of floor lighting systems, UPS DB, Power DB

• Fault finding and rectification of electrical panels and wiring

HVAC & Mechanical

• AHU operation and servicing

• VRF/VRV, split AC, and window AC units — servicing and troubleshooting

• Maintenance of primary and secondary HVAC pumps

• Ventilation system upkeep

Plumbing & Fire Safety

• STP pump and blower maintenance, STP logbook upkeep

• Water meter logbook maintenance

• Operation and maintenance of fire fighting systems (jockey pump, hydrant pump, sprinkler pump)

• Fire panel handling and response during fire hazardous conditions

• Participation in fire drills

General Facility Operations

• Elevator/lift operation, servicing, and ARD handling

• Preparation of daily DMR (Daily Maintenance Report), MMR, and incident reports

• Periodic inspection of logbooks, checklists, and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules

• Coordination with vendors for AMC and service visits

• Ensuring EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance on site

• Attendance and roster management of housekeeping/support staff (for senior MST/Supervisor level)

Candidate Requirements

Education

• ITI (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) — mandatory

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering — added advantage

Experience

• 6+ years in facility management / O&M, preferably in a commercial building, corporate park, or mall

• Hands-on exposure to DG sets, HVAC, fire fighting systems, and electrical panels is essential

Skills

• Working knowledge of ACB, VCB, MCCB, transformers, and starters (DOL/Star-Delta/VFD)

• Basic computer knowledge for logbook and report documentation

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

• Good coordination and communication skills for vendor/client handling

Location Preference

• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Manesar, Gurugram, Dharuhera, Bhiwadi, Rewari, or Faridabad belt preferred
