Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on MEP systems, generators, and facility equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical faults, plumbing issues, and HVAC system failures.
Building Operations: Monitor building management systems (BMS), log operational data, and handle emergency repairs.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service requests.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC is highly preferred.
Experience: Generally 2–3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or related technical fields.
