Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Maintain lighting systems, DBs, MCBs, switches, sockets, and wiring.
Monitor DG sets, UPS systems, and electrical panels.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Plumbing Maintenance
Repair leaking taps, pipelines, flush systems, and sanitary fittings.
Install and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
Clear minor drainage blockages.
Monitor water tanks, pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
HVAC Maintenance
Perform routine maintenance of split ACs, window ACs, AHUs, and FCUs.
Clean air filters and inspect cooling systems.
Report major HVAC faults requiring specialized service.
Civil & Carpentry Maintenance
Carry out minor masonry, painting, and plaster repair work.
Repair doors, windows, locks, furniture, and partitions.
Replace damaged ceiling tiles and floor tiles.
Perform minor carpentry work as required.
Preventive Maintenance
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain preventive maintenance records.
Identify equipment requiring replacement or major repairs.
Ensure minimum equipment downtime.
