Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

We are looking for an Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST) to join our team . The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹27000 - ₹29000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems (panels, lighting), HVAC units (AHUs), plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in machinery, electrical circuits, and building components to identify root causes and implement repairs.

  • Installation & Testing: Install, test, and inspect new equipment and utilities to ensure proper functioning.

  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines, and fire safety standards.

  • Documentation: Maintain daily logs, checklists, maintenance records, and inventory of spare parts.

  • Support: Assist senior engineers during shutdowns, coordinate with vendors, and respond to emergency calls. 

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical certification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or technical roles.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.

  • Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently.

  • Physical Ability: Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks.
