Job Summary:

Aastral Consultancy is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage a large team of blue-collar workers across different client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling bulk manpower, be comfortable with field visits, and ensure smooth deployment and supervision of workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a group of 50–200 blue-collar workers (housekeeping, loaders, helpers, drivers, etc.)

Coordinate deployment of manpower across client locations.

Conduct regular field visits to client sites, including industrial areas and corporate parks.

Maintain attendance, discipline, and resolve on-ground issues.

Act as the key point of contact between clients and workers.

Ensure proper documentation, uniforms, ID cards, and shift schedules.

Monitor work quality and provide feedback to the workforce.

Submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

3–6 years of experience in manpower handling, site supervision, or labor management.

Must have a strong network of workers or prior experience supervising large teams.

Ready to travel frequently within the city for site visits.

Good communication in Hindi and local language; basic English is a plus.

Street-smart, disciplined, and reliable personality.
