Job Summary:

The Office Cleaning Maid is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in the office premises. The role ensures a clean and pleasant work environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, corridors, and restrooms.

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment regularly.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.

• Empty and clean trash bins and replace liners daily.

• Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors.

• Replenish consumable supplies (toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.).

• Ensure proper storage and care of cleaning equipment and materials.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• Support in preparing meeting rooms before and after use.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper (preferably in office or commercial settings).

• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.

• Physical stamina and the ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail and reliability.

• Good time management skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and company policies.
