We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in our commercial kitchen. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas
Wash and sanitize utensils, baking equipment, trays, and tools
Clean ovens, refrigerators, mixers, and other kitchen equipment regularly
Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors and surfaces throughout the day
Dispose of waste and manage garbage segregation as per hygiene standards
Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and used efficiently
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning during and after production
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
