Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Maid / Office Assistant who can maintain cleanliness of the office area and provide timely tea and coffee service to office staff and visitors. The candidate should be disciplined, hygienic, and able to manage daily support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve tea and coffee to staff and guests on time.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of:
- Office rooms
- Staff cabins
- Toilets and washrooms
- Reception and common areas
Daily dusting and cleaning of furniture, tables, chairs, and office equipment.
Ensure washrooms are clean and supplied with basic items.
Serve tea/coffee during meetings or visitor visits.
Assist office staff with small support tasks when required.
Maintain cleanliness standards as per school guidelines.

Basic knowledge of tea/coffee preparation.
Clean and hygienic working habits.
Punctual and disciplined.
Respectful behavior with staff and visitors.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
