Laundry Operator

Job Title: Laundry Operator (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking freshers for the role of Laundry Operator. The candidate will support daily laundry operations, including sorting, folding, and processing linen using industrial laundry machines while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort linen and garments based on fabric type, color, and washing requirements

• Fold and stack cleaned linen in an organized manner

• Operate and assist in running laundry machines such as washing machines, dryers, and flatwork ironers

• Feed and insert bed linen into ironing machines properly to ensure quality finishing

• Assist in linen processing using Ghee/finishing machines as per operational standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area

• Follow safety procedures and standard operating guidelines at all times

• Support the team in other laundry-related tasks as required

Grooming & Hygiene Standards:

• Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance at all times

• Wear proper uniform and safety gear as prescribed

• Ensure personal hygiene, including clean hands and trimmed nails

• Adhere strictly to company grooming and hygiene policies

Requirements:

• Fresher or candidate with basic understanding of laundry operations

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Basic machine handling understanding (training will be provided)
