Labour Supervisor

We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to join our team at Viagreen to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping in executing efficient waste disposal plans.

• Coordinating with on ground team and timely executing waste collection and processing

• Monitoring of daily waste stream coming at plant.

• Prepare work schedules for on ground team and monitor their activities.

• Design, establish and manage appropriate project monitoring and evaluation framework.

• Guide, monitor and provide regular feedback to Project Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery.

• Generate monitoring reports and manage client/partner communication for the project.

• Communicate with clients/partners and other stakeholders to gain client support for the program and to solicit inputs to improve the program.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
